Corvian Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 62 687 179 415) (“Corvian”, “the firm”, “we”, “us”)

This website at corvian.com.au is operated by Corvian Partners Pty Ltd. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms should be read together with the firm’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Disclaimer.

1. No advice; no engagement

The content of this website, including the firm’s Insights, is general analysis and information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or strategic advice on any specific matter, and it is not an offer or undertaking to act. Nothing on this site, and no enquiry made through it, creates an adviser–client relationship or any duty of care. The firm acts only under a written engagement, entered into after conflict screening. See the Legal Disclaimer.

2. Confidential enquiries

Enquiries are treated as confidential in accordance with the protocol set out on the Contact page, whether or not an engagement follows. Until an engagement is confirmed in writing, please do not send detailed confidential material. You may be asked for the names of parties for conflict screening before any substance is exchanged. An enquiry, however sent, does not oblige the firm to act and does not of itself create any obligation of confidence beyond that described on the Contact page.

3. Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and professional information purposes only. You must not:

  • use the site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system, or otherwise interfere with the site’s security or availability;
  • introduce malicious code, or place disproportionate load on the infrastructure; or
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site except as expressly permitted in clause 4.

Good-faith security research is governed separately by the firm’s Responsible Disclosure Program Terms.

4. Intellectual property and AI content signals

The content of this website – text, structure, design, and brand assets – is owned by the firm or used under licence and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may view the site, link to it, and quote brief excerpts with attribution to Corvian Partners. You may not reproduce substantial portions, republish, or adapt the firm’s content, scrape the site for commercial reuse, or use the firm’s name, brand, or marks without the firm’s prior written permission.

Permissions and reservations relating to automated collection and artificial-intelligence use are expressed in the site’s robots.txt content signals. Any restriction expressed there – including the reservation against use of the firm’s content for AI training – is an express reservation of rights, including under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market. Accessing the site as an automated agent is conditional on observing those signals.

5. Accuracy and currency

Commentary on the site reflects the position as at its publication date and is not updated for subsequent developments. The firm makes no warranty that the content of the site is complete, current, accurate, or applicable to your circumstances, and the firm may change or remove content without notice.

6. Availability

The firm aims to keep the site available but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The site may be suspended, withdrawn, or restricted at any time without notice, including for maintenance or security.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the firm excludes all liability for any loss or damage – direct, indirect, or consequential – arising from reliance on the content of this site or from the use of, or inability to use, the site, including any loss arising from malicious code or unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law; where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, the firm’s liability is limited to the extent permitted.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services, including LinkedIn, Signal, and scheduling tools. The firm does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of those services. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

9. Privacy and cookies

10. Changes to these terms
